Step It Out is a rhythm-based cardio class that will get your heart pumping & your soul singing! Using a low aerobic bench, Sarhys will take you through some high intensity tracks incorporating some old-school aerobics moves – think GRAPEVINES – along with some HIIT movements like burpees & jumping jacks. It’s not all jumping though, the class is scalable for all levels and can be performed as a low-impact workout.
