“I knew from the very first time I was on my mat that yoga was a superpower,” says Kelsey.

Exploring wellness through body and mind, Kelsey has adopted the holistic approach of using yoga as a tool for self-enquiry and healing. Her teachings are grounded in yoga philosophy with a focus of helping others tap into their individual expression and experience of what yoga means to them.


She has studied vinyasa, yin and pre/post-natal yoga, with an emphasis on meditation and fluid movement animated by the breath.

“I believe that by creating an inner stillness through moving with breath, we can experience more spaciousness and joy in our lives off the mat,” she says.
