Calling on yoga, pilates, somatics, visualisation and meditation, Rachel is a movement and meditation teacher, assisting clients to become more comfortable, present and connected within themselves.
Having studied in Australia, America and Peru, Rachel loves to travel and aspires to see more of this beautiful country and the planet. She also holds an Arts Degree and has a Masters in Environmental Planning.
