Roberto brings to City Gym a wealth of experience in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Kundalini yoga.
Roberto teaches pranayama and meditation with a traditional Hatha yoga practice. Through these methods, as a hands-on practitioner, he is able to help build stamina, endurance, balance, cardio and strength to challenge the body and mind.
