After successfully completing a 200-hour yoga teacher training program at a Registered Yoga School (RYS) that is registered with Yoga Alliance (RYS-200 Yoga) Wanalee loves helping others to find their inner peace and reconnect through their mind, body and breathing exercises (Pranayama) which helps improve the movement of your body.
