Sarhys has seven years’ experience in the fitness industry, which ranges from Dance, Choreography, Spin & Rhythm Riding to HIIT, small group PT and 1:1 Personal Training. Sarhys works with everyone from beginners through to experienced lifters and specialises in strength training and endurance training and is able to tailor a program specifically for clients, and make sure they follow through with it!

Sarhys found her way into the industry after going sober years ago and replaced one habit with another, quickly discovering the incredible power of exercise in improving not only your physical health, but also your mental health. Sarhys is also vegan and can advise on plant-based diet having worked on her own nutrition for the past five years.
